I'm really sad that Amaea doesn't have as great reviews on yelp because it deserves all five stars for me. One of the best ambiance + amazing food (yes pricey, but everything in Miami is), and kind service. I've been really wanting to take my family here when they come back. I have been recommending this place to all my firends.

Location 10. Service at the bar excellent. Recommending the espresso matinee! Had a great Mexican beer. I Cannot remember the name. On a silver can!!!

Super impressed by the Miami Spice lunch here. Honestly, lunch in general in a nice Miami restaurant is usually pretty underwhelming...but Amara did not skimp on portions or flavor here. I loved the relaxing water views on the terrace and the service was good too. They even brought out a delicious flan for my fiancés birthday.

What a fantastic restaurant! I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The food, ambiance, and service exceeded my expectations. We came for Miami spice lunch (great deal) and sat on the back patio. Our server was very nice and helpful. I had the lamb empanada to start which was by far my favorite food item. So flavorful and the pastry dough was light. It came with pickled veggies yum! For my main I had the grilled cobia which was very good, especially the chimichurri sauce on top but wasn't my favorite thing. I also tried my friend's "chivito sandwich" which was like a burger and super good !!!! And I also tried their octopus causa which was also great. You definitely can't go wrong with any of these options. We also ordered the ceviche to try and it was mid. Not bad but not great either, just lacking a bit, or maybe compared to the other items just didn't stand out. I also had the Inca spritz which was a perfect lunch drink as it was not too sweet but had great flavor and was light. The entire lunch was made by the incredible water views. I can't wait to return here!

Wow!!! I've always loved this restaurant but I was SHOCKED by how great of a deal this was for Miami Spice. I had the octopus causa to start- octopus was so tender and delicious. I loved it. The Chivira (?) which was a filet mignon sandwich was so delicious, tender, with a sunny side up egg on top. I only ate half. The lamb empanada was the best empanada my table had ever had. Banoffee was SO good - I couldn't stop eating it and I don't even like banana. Cafe con leche pudding was good too, but didn't compare to Banoffee IMO. Ambiance of course, amazing, with beautiful views, and our server was very attentive and helpful with recommendations.

The vibes, views, and ambiance is always great at Amara. As well as the service. Our server was very bubbly and attentive. I can't recall the name of the tuna appetizer I had but it was delicious and refreshing served chilled. My Cobia entree was delicious also. And flan for dessert. My daughter enjoyed her swordfish. It was her first visit to Amara. She was just in town for a few days so we decided to do lunch here. Definitely on my list of go-to's.

Fantastic experience! You definitely must go if you are in Miami! This place will stay on top of my list in Miami. Everything about it was just great! We live in NYC, and we go to tons of restaurants, but we were so pleasantly surprised by Amara at Paraiso. AMBIENCE The restaurant inside is very high-end and spectacular, but their outdoor terrace is even more fantastic. Their location is in a residential area, and it gives a vibe of a very affluent local spot. The crowd looked like they all just walked out of the magazine's front cover (luckily, we did, too! Hahah)! The outdoor sitting area faces the water, and you just enjoy everything together! Also, the outdoor terrace stands right next to the path walk, and you will see lots of beautiful dogs! FOOD We ordered every appetizer they had and were not disappointed for a second. We had lots of raw fish, and everything was fresh (I had a few bad experiences in Miami). All the dishes had lots of attention in terms of sauce, taste, and visual elements. I will say that whatever you order - you will not go wrong with that. SERVICE The service was of the highest standard. A few people were working with our table, and everyone was attentive to every detail. The manager was charming, and she helped me with a few questions. I honestly cannot be very detailed here because everything was great. The location, food, and service matched in one big: "I will keep returning to this place whenever I am in Miami."

Firstly, I didn't eat here I only had a drink so you can skip this if you're interested in food info. With that in mind I'm giving 5 stars and it's really just based on what I was able to judge. We arrived on a Friday in March at around 6:30. We wanted to do happy hour and the place is big but the bar is small so there was no space to be comfortable and enjoy drinks so we basically said F it and got a table. They wouldn't offer us happy hour prices with service at the table even with this in mind so I certainly wish we were welcomed with more flexibility but we weren't. There were plenty of tables available outside. Outside has a gorgeous view of the Miami skyline and a bridge. It was a nice looking spot for sure. I can't believe that I was about to pay $32 for one coconut drink but here is where I found myself. Well dammit. That coconut drink was gaaaaaaaas. It was delicious. I now want to put cinnamon in all of my piña coladas. But that wasn't the only thing that made it good. It had pebble ice, was silky smooth, fresh and delicious. A "refresh" costs $20 and we almost got one too! They were damn delicious. I would come back and have the same experience again. Pricey but tasty.

Some of the best seafood I've had!! Wow everything just melted in my mouth. We got the fish dip, which at first I was a bit hesitant about but when I tried it I couldn't stop eating it! Everything was so good! Highly recommend coming here. We came during happy hour and wanted to sit outside by the water only to realize that they only do happy hour inside by the bar. We chose to sit outside and not do happy hour since it was so nice outside. Our server was so sweet too! We were originally sitting under the patio but later wanted to move closer to the water and she let us move there. Highly recommend coming here!!
